Folks, I just have one word--ALWAYS. As in ALWAYS use an expert when listing or buying a home. Also, find someone with knowledge and experience. A lot of agents will be leaving the business. Natural attrition. Happens at every downturn of the real estate cycle.
Anyway, what's happening at Eagle Ridge? Gilroy is growing, and the potential is great. No longer that sleepy agricultural town just south of San Jose. Gilroy, being the southernmost town in Silicon Valley is truly a gateway to Silicon Valley. With new amenities in the community, like finer shopping areas, and some new restaurants, my hunch is Gilroy is becoming another great place to live. Besides saratoga, Los Gatos, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Cupertino, what Gilroy offers if a small town atmosphere, safety, wonderful weather and a short distance to the central coast. In other words, Gilroy offers it all.
